In 2006, OZI was initiated as an incubator company in the first technology incubator in Sri Lanka with young IT graduates focusing to provide software solutions to the SME sector in Sri Lanka. The company had become a limited liability company in 2012 passing a big milestone with many success stories. OZI has been spreading its services throughout Sri Lanka, and overseas such as in Maldives, Thailand, Cambodia, Japan, and Australia. The core of the business areas is Custom Software Development, Web Design, UI/UX, Web Application Development, Network Engineering, ICT consultation, Business Process Analysis, and GIS & RS service providing.

Anuradha has more than 20 years of professional experience in the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Geographic Information System (GIS), and Remote Sensing (RS) technologies. During his career, he has held several major roles as a Project manager, Software Architect, senior software engineer, Lecturer, and GIS/RS specialist. Apart from that, as an entrepreneur, he has founded several companies in Sri Lanka.
